Overview of digital display automatic concrete impermeability instrument
Concrete is a kind of man-made stone widely used in modern architecture. For some buildings, such as hydraulic construction, underwater, underground and other construction projects, concrete structures are required to have special performance impermeability, which can be measured by measuring the gas permeability of concrete.

The concrete impermeability meter (concrete permeameter) can be used to measure and study the impermeability of concrete, and it can also be used to measure the air permeability of building materials and quality inspection.

Full penetration concrete digital display instrument Structural principle

The concrete permeameter is designed according to the original hydraulic pressure. The water pump is driven by the motor and connected with the pressure vessel, control valve and test mold seat through the pipeline. The pressure is output from the pump into the pressure vessel, and then sent to the specimen system for loading test. The pipeline is equipped with electric contact pressure gauge and electrical control system. By adjusting the electric contact in the electric contact pressure gauge, the constant pressure test can be carried out within the specified range of 0.1 ~ 4MPa.  

The concrete permeameter is equipped with two pressurization functions: electric and manual. When the electrical control system fails, it can be pressurized manually (by installing a spare handle on the large pulley pulley) to maintain the continuity of the penetration test.

The concrete permeameter consists of frame test mold, water pump, pressure vessel, control valve, pressure gauge and electrical control device. The structure and function of each part are described as follows:

(1) Test model of concrete impermeability meter frame
The stand is welded with high-quality section steel, and the table top is made of high-quality cold-rolled thin steel plate, which is flat and smooth. The test mold seat is fixed on the working table, and the edge of the seat has a sink cutting groove, and the hole is drilled in the groove. The water from the test mold flows back to the water tank through this hole, so as to keep the table dry. Clean and durable. The 6-12M bolt of the test mold is fixed on the test mold base by the special hexagonal cylinder spanner, and sealed with "0" rubber ring in the middle.

(2) Water pump part of concrete impermeability meter
The pump uses 90W motor as the power source. The belt pulley and gear change speed at two poles. The eccentric wheel rotates with connecting rod and guide pillar, which drives the plunger of water pump to do reciprocating movement. Because the flow of water pump is very small, it can be regarded as the static water pressure of the test body.

Operation steps of digital display automatic concrete impermeability meter (concrete penetration meter)

1. Screw off the most water injection bolt on the pressure vessel, open 7 valves at the same time, inject clean water into the pressure vessel, and observe that the discharge pipe of No. 0 control valve flows smoothly. Then close the No.0 control valve until it is filled up, and then install and tighten the bolt.
2. Fill the water filling tank with clean water.
3. Remove the two different column nuts on the water pump, pull out the upper baffle plate and water pump plunger, fill the pump with water, and then install it according to the direction of power supply to start the machine and work normally.
4. Adjust the electric contact pressure gauge to 4MPa.
5. Power on and start the power switch to make the water pump run normally (there should be no impact phenomenon). Observe whether the water outlet of 6 test molds is normal. Until there is no bubble.
6. Close the control valves one by one, observe whether the pressure of the pressure gauge rises, and eliminate all leakage faults, so that the pressure can be stabilized within the regulated range.
7. According to the standard test method, the test mold is installed in place one by one, which can not be tightened initially. The electric contact pressure gauge that DAHAO wants to test the pressure according to the requirements can work normally.
